Stage 2: If your treatment is selected, we will request a properly formatted script for your short film idea.
Stage 3: The scripts will be judged by our panel of industry professional judges, who will declare one overall winner. The winner will have their film professional made and also be invited to be involved in the entire filmmaking process.

BBC Executive Producer
Kuljinder Khaila is an Executive Producer who has worked for the BBC on a range of platforms including Television, Radio, Online, Events and Film. He has also developed and made content across a number of genres including Factual, Current Affairs, Comedy, Entertainment and the Arts.
With BBC Film, he worked on development, helping initial submissions being shaped into potential features.
Currently, Kuljinder is the Executive Producer of BBC School Report, which engages thousands of schools, colleges & youth organisations to create their own stories and discover new digital skills.
Sindy Campbell is the head of Film Birmingham, Birmingham City Council’s official film office. Sindy has been an instrumental and leading figure for major film production in the West Midlands, providing a key role in the development of not only local films but international Hollywood studio films that take place in the city also. Her IMDB credits include Steven Spielberg’s ‘Ready Player One’, ‘Kingsman: The golden Circle’ and ‘American Assassin’.
The Producers' Forum
Pip Piper has been making films for over 15 years with a number of feature films and documentaries that have taken him all around the world. He is CEO of the invaluable ‘Producers' Forum’, co founder and Visiting Tutor on the MA in Film marketing and distribution at Birmingham City University and also the owner of ‘Blue Hippo Media’.
Jude manages programmes for new and emerging UK film talent, including the professional development strand of low budget feature filmmaking initiative iFeatures and shortFLIX, aimed at young people aged 18-25. Jude previously worked for Encounters Short Film and Animation Festival in Bristol, and is still part of its selection team. She has also run international filmmaking workshops, screening programmes and short film competitions for NISI MASA – European Network of Young Cinema, as well as editing ‘zines covering film festivals all over the world.
Mike Sales is the creator and editor of one of the midlands leading film review and showcasing platforms ‘Midlands Movies’. Mike has been serving the film community since 2012, providing an invaluable wealth of knowledge and support to filmmakers up and down the country and providing hearty reviews of Hollywood films right down to local independents.
Jade Samuels is the Midlands producer for the nation wide industry showcase ‘Monologue Slam’, delivered by Triforce.
Jade’s background is in acting, after being professionally trained at Rose Bruford, and she has gone on to have an amazing career in television, theatre, commercials and film. She is part of the ethnically diverse improv group ‘Jumprov’ who have successfully defied the odds and crossed over into the stand up comedy circuit.
Pierre is one of the creators from an exciting platform ‘Your Cinema’ which is dedicated to showcasing films, documentaries and talent from diverse communities in the UK. The online platform hosts a wealth of films, interviews, news & casting opportunities, which has provided a leading one-stop source for the British filmmaking community. Every 3-4 months they carry out exclusive screenings of unreleased critically-acclaimed UK films in partnership with Vue Entertainment and Film London, giving indie filmmakers the chance to have their work seen on the big screen.
