We believe in nurturing talent and are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as we embark on this exciting chapter. This is a unique opportunity to gain invaluable, hands-on experience in the film industry while developing your skills and building a strong foundation for a successful career in filmmaking.

As a Film Production Trainee, you will:

• Gain invaluable training and mentorship from experienced filmmakers.

• Shadow our team on various productions, getting a behind-the-scenes look at the filmmaking process.

• Contribute to the development of new and emerging film projects.

• Be part of our internal writers' room, brainstorming ideas and developing creative content.

• Gain exposure to multiple areas of filmmaking, including pre-production, production, and post-production.

We are looking for someone who:

• Shares our passion for film and storytelling.

• Is a highly creative and collaborative individual with a fresh perspective.

• Has a strong work ethic, is highly motivated, and eager to learn.

• Is a quick learner with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Is currently living in Birmingham or the close vicinity (due to project-based work).

• Can be available for intensive work periods during film productions (schedule to be discussed).
